We have a wonderful mix of hall users and regular bookings – below are some of our groups with details of how to get involved if something catches your eye.
We hold a very popular monthly quiz for teams of up to 6 people – £2 per person to enter. Refreshments available and a 50/50 raffle too – contact Steve Blyth to enter a team on 07873 455081 or 01736 719591.
CFylm has appointed a new coordinator and we should have some exciting news soon about our community cinema screenings at the hall. For more details about our Film Club, contact Sarah Lane on 07952 599798.
Townshend Love To Sing Choir is based in the village hall on a Tuesday 10.15am – 12.30pm . We are a relaxed, friendly bunch with a welcoming vibe – folk enjoy being there and are always glad to meet new people.
We sing a wide variety of musical styles. There is also cake!

Bowling takes place every Friday evening from 7pm to 9.30pm. Come along – no experience necessary, its a fun way to have a go at carpet bowls. £2.50 per session.
We hold a regular handicraft afternoon every two weeks 2pm until 4pm.
Bring any craft you maybe doing at the moment and get some encouragement and advice! We tend to make seasonal knitted or crocheted decorations but you are more than welcome to bring your project and sit and chat with a cup of tea. It is £2 a session .
